who we are

Skyline Grove is a small 2 acre olive orchard perched along the coastal ridge in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The trees here grow without much help. They’re naturally fed by fog, wind, and local bees (who make very good honey!). We tend the trees by hand—pruning, harvesting, bottling—all at a scale that lets us stay close to the process.

We currently don’t sell our oil. We give it—bottled in small batches each fall and shared with family, friends, and anyone we need to get on our side :) This grove isn’t about volume, for now.
